G-Eazy and Josie Canseco spread dating rumors after they were caught flirting at a party in the Hollywood Hills over the weekend – but Page Six discovered that they are just friends.
The rapper, 31, was seen petting the 24-year-old Playboy model, who at one point rested her leg on his lap.
But we were told that Canseco, daughter of former MLB star Jose Canseco, put G-Eazy in the friendship zone.
“For the record, there is no romantic relationship between the two,” Canseco’s representative told Page Six on Monday. “They are old friends. That’s how she wants to keep it. ”
Her representative added that she is “newly single” and “just enjoying life” and that she was celebrating her three new covers at Maxim Mexico with friends.
The G-Eazy representative declined to comment.
Her public snuggle session comes almost a month after G-Eazy broke things up with Ashley Benson.
He and the former Pretty Little Liars student, 31, were connected for the first time in May 2020, when they were photographed holding hands and kissing. The new romance surprised fans, as the “Spring Breakers” actress had just ended her relationship with model Cara Delevingne the previous month, after two years of dating.
Before dating Benson, G-Eazy was linked to Halsey, who is also a friend of Canseco.
Meanwhile, Canseco dated Brody Jenner for a few months, but they split up in October 2019.
