Black Ops Cold War Zombies has an important new location on the way, and we finally know what the full Firebase Z map will look like.
Since launching, Black Ops Cold War has felt a little lack of content. This is especially true for fans who like the Zombies game mode.
Although Die Maschine was one of the best zombie experiences in a while, launching with just one map to kill undead was a questionable decision. Now, almost 3 months after the Cold War launch, the second Zombie location is coming.
In case you missed it, we finally have an amazing new trailer for Cold War Zombies’s Firebase Z map. The update is scheduled to come out on February 4 and it looks like it was worth the wait.

But for fans who are looking forward to a summary of how Firebase Z will work, we have a complete map layout for you here.
Black Ops Cold War Zombies – full map of Firebase Z revealed
Thanks to an in-depth analysis of YouTuber Caspahz of Cold War Zombies, we know exactly how the Firebase Z map is organized.
Taking advantage of all the features of the game, including the recent images of the Firebase Z teaser, Caspahz managed to discover how the new map will work.
From what we can see, Black Ops Cold War Zombies players will be starting where the new trailer begins. This location is already present in the game, in the campaign mission Fractured Jaw.
The roof over which Samantha Maxis crawls will lead to a new staircase, however. Using these ladders, players can access the teleportation system from the Firebase Z map.

Thanks to a screenshot of the trailer for the next map, we also know that Quick Revive Perk is present in the home area.
The trailer suggests that fans of the Cold War Zombies will have to reach the teleporter before the Zombies overpower them. From here, you can free transport to the Omega facilities.
Firebase Z Omega Facility Outpost
The Omega Facility is the primary location on the Firebase Z map in Black Ops Cold War.
When teleporting to the outpost, the new Tombstone Perk machine from the Black Ops Cold War Zombies will be directly in front of you.
Running forward and just past the left corner, players will encounter the new Cold War zombie enemy and have a chance to buy an AUG from the wall. If they want, squads can also enter the facility.

The Firebase Z Omega Facility is home to the Aether Reactor, which players must stabilize by killing zombies in the area. That done, two doors in the room will open, as if you had turned on the power on a standard map.

Exiting through one of the doors, you will enter the Sentry gun area of the Firebase Z map. In addition to two bunkers with automated weaponry, you will notice a second Perk machine – although we still don’t know what type.
It is entirely possible that this is one of the 3 remaining benefits that Treyarch has not yet revealed.
Not far from one of the sentries, we can also see the light from the Mystery Box, where players can buy the new Zombie Wonder Weapon.
You will also be able to fight Elder God, one of the Cold War Zombies unsolved Easter eggs.
