Bodycam footage of Johnny Damon’s Florida arrest for DUI was released on Tuesday, showing the former MLB player and his wife struggling with the police after they were stopped.
At one point in the nearly two hours of footage released by the Windermere Police Department, the couple argue with a police officer who tried to grab Damon’s wife, Michelle Mangan-Damon, while she disobeyed orders to stay in the SUV.
“Don’t touch me,” Mangan-Damon says to the policeman during the tense meeting. “Don’t fucking touch me,” she says, before breaking free and leaving.

Shortly thereafter, another fight between Damon and a police officer begins, dropping the policeman’s body camera on the floor.

“Stop trying to get away from me,” says the officer to Damon, who denies he is.
Damon, 47, was stopped on February 18 after police saw his SUV swerving and crashing into a curb.
The former Yankees and Red Sox player reportedly had a blood alcohol level between 0.294 and 0.300 – almost four times the state limit of 0.08.

He was charged with DUI, and his wife was charged with assaulting a police officer and resisting a police officer with violence, according to clickorlando.com.
During his arrest, Damon said he is pro-police, according to footage from the body camera.
“Believe me, I’m Blue Lives Matter,” said Damon. “What are you doing now? We are all policemen. Guys, we are all policemen.”
He also mentioned his policy.
“Hey, bro, I’m a nice guy and I know people are trying to attack me because I’m a Trump supporter,” said Damon.
During his field sobriety test, Damon looked unsteady on his feet. He said repeatedly, “Yes, I’m fine, bro,” according to the video.

Damon played 18 seasons in the major leagues, spending most of his career with the Royals, Red Sox and Yankees. He was twice an All-Star and twice a World Series champion, winning a title with the Yankees in 2009 and the Red Sox in 2004.
