Now is your chance to live as an NFL quarterback. All that will cost you is $ 1.7 million.

That’s how much Carson Wentz is asking for his NJ home, which he no longer needs thanks to last month’s exchange with the Indianapolis Colts.

An updated compilation of real estate listings shows that the property for sale in Woodstown, NJ is owned by C3 23 LLC. NJ Advance Media searched public records and confirmed that Wentz’s name is in the company’s lawsuit with the state.

According to a real estate source, the house was purchased by C3 23 LLC in June 2016 for $ 950,000. That was three months after the Philadelphia Eagles selected Wentz as the second overall choice in the 2016 NFL Draft.

So, what does $ 1.7 million buy for you in Salem County? According to the listing, the gated private property has five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms and a three-car garage. The 7,400 square foot home was built in 1995 and sits on one acre lot.
