An updated compilation of real estate listings shows that the property for sale in Woodstown, NJ is owned by C3 23 LLC. NJ Advance Media searched public records and confirmed that Wentz’s name is in the company’s lawsuit with the state.

According to a real estate source, the house was purchased by C3 23 LLC in June 2016 for $ 950,000. That was three months after the Philadelphia Eagles selected Wentz as the second overall choice in the 2016 NFL Draft.
