Former assistant to rapper Soulja Boy accuses him of sexual assault, holding her hostage in a lawsuit

A woman who previously worked as a personal assistant to Soulja Boy filed a lawsuit against the rapper alleging sexual assault, assault, false imprisonment and more occurred during her employment.

The woman – who goes by “Jane Doe” in court documents obtained by Fox News – claims that the 30-year-old hip-hop artist raped, beaten and held her hostage, in addition to not paying for 18 months of work.

The woman claims she started working for the rapper, whose real name is DeAndre Cortez Way, in December 2018. She says she was responsible for cooking, cleaning, directing and styling the artist for a fee of $ 500 a week.

After weeks of employment, Jane Doe says the rapper has started sending “unsolicited photos of his penis”. A consensual relationship between the two took place, but she claims it became violent in early 2019.

The rapper’s representative was not found by Fox News. His representative denied the accusations to TMZ, saying: “Soulja would never lay hands on a woman. He would not hit or lay hands on a woman”, and called the charges “absurd”.

“These abusive acts began on or around January 23, 2019 and included: several cases of physical violence (kicks, throws and punches), sexual assaults, spat on her body and threats of physical violence and death,” argues Jane Doe court docs.

The woman claims that the rapper once “pushed” her out of a vehicle, leaving her to walk about five miles. The following month, Jane Doe claims that Way sexually assaulted her for the first time. After expressing “remorse”, the artist reportedly gave her $ 1,000.

The Jane Doe claims that the rapper “would punch, kick and hit the body” on her. She also accused him of threatening her with physical assault and once declaring, “I should have killed you” after a meeting in April 2020.

In addition, the plaintiff accuses the rapper of “Crank That” of locking her up once in a room “for approximately three days against his will and without hot water” after she tried to leave.

The woman also claims to have been raped by the rapper on “countless occasions”. The plaintiff also claims that she was once “attacked” so aggressively in August last year that she “thought she was going to die”. She left her house later, leaving her belongings.
