Forever Entertainment will develop several remakes based on Square Enix Japan IP

Forever Entertainment has entered into an agreement to develop and release several game remakes based on Square Enix Japan’s intellectual property, the company announced. The name of this property will be announced separately at the launch of a worldwide marketing campaign.

The remakes will present new visuals, maintaining the same gameplay and scenery as the original versions. The release dates will be announced separately.

Forever Entertainment will receive more than 50 percent of sales for each copy of the game sold on all platforms.

This is just the latest in a series of remake projects from Forever Entertainment. The company launched Panzer Dragon: Remake for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, PC (Steam, GOG) and Stadia in 2020, and will be released Panzer Dragoon II Zwei: remake in 2021. It also announced remakes of The House of the Dead and House of the Dead 2.
