A Florida teacher found herself unemployed after complaining about a classroom full of students that she blamed Antifa for the Capitol disturbances.
The unnamed surrogate was filmed by a Bok Academy student who later posted the crisis on his Instagram account @knowyourracists. According to the principal of the Lake Wales school, Dr.. Damien Moses, she was fired from the school system, TMZ reported.
The post began: “Teaching children that Antifa has invaded the Capitol. … She was a substitute teacher in the high school language arts class. She was fired from the Lake Wales Charter School System.
“She started talking RANDOMLY about it in the first period, it was a language arts class and we were about to work when she started talking about the attack on the Capitol,” continued the post.
In the video, the woman can be heard blaming the violent siege of a federal building in Antifa totally, saying: “Supporters arrived and suddenly there was violence. Three of them have already been identified as members of Antifa ”.
The professor went on to add, “This is just one more example of an ongoing problem where Antifa is being paid to go to peaceful protests and incite violence so that Trump supporters will look bad.”
A brave student spoke, suggesting the opposite, and the teacher replied: “No. In fact, there is a video that shows Trump supporters trying to stop people from breaking windows. Anyone can put on a MAGA hat. When they get paid to be there and cause a riot, they want them to look like Trump supporters, so they wear Trump hats and carry Trump flags. ”
Near the end of the video, the teacher says “I’m telling you the facts”, to which a student replied: “This is just your opinion”.
“We met with her and she was released not only from our school, but also from the Lake Wales Charter School System,” said Moses, director of the Bok Academy, to TMZ.
Meanwhile, a parent at the school told local NBC Channel 8 that he believed the school acted quickly and appropriately.
