BOCA RATON, Fla. – Caleb Pendleton, from Florida Atlantic, hit grand slams in his first two performances in the audience on Saturday night, both on the same shift.
Playing in his first game, the freshman connected with the loaded bases twice during a second entry of 12 races against Central Florida.

The right-handed hitter smashed the second stroke to the left center, clearing a row of palm trees behind the outer field fence.
In the final year of high school, Pendleton was ranked No. 3 receiver in the state of Florida by Perfect Game and was twice named a PG Preseason All-American.
