Too many birds.
A wildlife rescue worker captured an impressive image of a flock of birds apparently around his car. According to him, he was just driving when the birds suddenly flew in front of his car.

Jamie Kingscott, wildlife assistance coordinator for the Secret World Wildlife Rescue, was on his way to work when he took the photo.

Jamie Kingscott, wildlife assistance coordinator for the Secret World Wildlife Rescue, was on his way to work when he took the photo, reports the Southwest News Service (SWNS). According to him, the birds flew in a low murmur (a large number of birds flying in intricately coordinated patterns) on the ground.

“There were several thousand of them,” he told SWNS. “They were everywhere. They lend themselves to stunning photos. They look great for the camera.”
According to him, murmuring usually occurs higher up in the air. In Kingscott’s photo, the flock of birds can be seen flying directly over the road, probably making it impossible for a car to pass safely.

“They crossed the street in front of me and then turned and crossed back, so I stopped the car and watched,” he continued. “I looked for my phone to try to get something and that was the only picture I got. So I put it on Twitter and it went crazy.”

He explained: “They were really low, therefore, less than the standard murmur, but they did a little flourish to show off and came right up to the hood … it was amazing. You can’t help but stay a little impressed. “
