Fitness + was launched on December 14, 2020 and was developed to help Apple Watch watch owners stay in shape through a series of guided exercises available in various exercise categories. As you follow Fitness + routines, Apple Watch monitors your movements, workout duration, calories burned, heart rate and more, as well as other exercises.

In the latest motivational introductory video, Coach Bakari presents the new exercises as follows:

Here at Fitness +, more than two dozen exercises have just fallen, like Sam’s 30-minute treadmill, which defies your endurance, whether you’re walking or running. For a workout that doesn’t need any equipment, I teach 10-minute strokes with four full-body movements. Each movement is inspired by different sports such as basketball and football, which combine perfectly with the song “No Hands” by Waka Flocka Flame. That’s what’s new in Fitness + to help you close your rings. Come on!

In all, Apple added 26 new Fitness + exercises covering all video categories, which include cycling, strength, yoga, HIIT, core, dance, treadmill, conscious relaxation and rowing. This brings the total number of workouts in the Fitness + catalog to 293 so far.

Fitness + costs $ 9.99 a month or $ 79.99 a year, which comes to $ 6.67 a month. For this price, up to six family members in total can use the Fitness + service. Fitness + is also included in the Apple One Premier package, which costs $ 29.99 a month and also offers ‌‌Apple Music‌‌, Apple TV +, Apple Arcade, Apple News + and 2TB iCloud storage.
