Driving the news: The official said the incident occurred after she was “summoned to the governor’s mansion last year”. The Times Union reports that Cuomo “allegedly stuck his hand under his shirt and started stroking it”.
What is he saying: Cuomo in an emailed statement called the report “distressing”, but added, “I never did anything like that.”
