FBI ‘aware of’ possible American Airlines UFO detection, before confirming investigation

The FBI is “aware” of an American Airlines pilot’s report of a UFO seen flying over northeastern New Mexico earlier this week – but has not been able to confirm whether an investigation is underway, Fox News learned on Thursday.

The pilot was maneuvering a plane bound for Phoenix, Arizona, from Cincinnati, Ohio, on Sunday afternoon when the crew spotted an unusual, fast-moving object flying above them, according to a radio broadcast recorded by Steve Douglass in his blog, Deep Black Horizon.

On Sunday’s radio broadcast, the American Airlines pilot could be heard for the first time asking an unidentified person, probably from air traffic control, if he had “any targets here”.
