The moment the FBI surrounded an Upper East Side resident accused of traveling to Washington, DC, with a small arsenal to participate in the January 6 Capitol riot, he was captured on video by a neighbor.
The footage, which was delivered to the Post by the resident who declined to be identified, shows federal agents with their weapons drawn as they send Samuel Fisher to the ground.
“Put your hand behind your head! Do not move! ”One of the agents yells when Fisher surrenders on the floor, shows the footage.
The agents then handcuff Fisher, who repeatedly exclaims, “What the fuck is that?”
Fisher reportedly traveled to DC to attend President Trump’s rally on January 6, which ended with a crowd of supporters of the former president rebelling through the U.S. Capitol building in an attempt to overthrow the 2020 presidential election.
Fisher brought several weapons with him on the trip, prosecutors said, and a small arsenal was recovered from his car and apartment when agents arrested him on Wednesday morning.
The FBI recovered a pistol, rifle, shotgun, 1,000 rounds of ammunition and two bulletproof vests when they took him into custody, a prosecutor said in his presentation on Wednesday.
He was detained without bail at his initial hearing on Wednesday night.
