In photos and videos cited by the statement, an FBI official said Alam was seen violating Capitol grounds “wearing a dark colored jacket, a black and beige fur hat and a black shirt with a yellow and red tag on the front “.

The video showed Alam – with the mask pulled down – pushing the security personnel and shouting “P — the blue!” before reaching the doors of the speaker’s lobby, which leads to the City Hall, said the statement.

There, Alam took a black helmet from another rowdy and used it to break the windows, shattering the windows, according to the document. Shortly afterwards, Trump supporter Ashli Babbitt tried to climb the broken glass and was fatally shot by a Capitol police officer, the statement said.

Alam was arrested after an anonymous relative contacted the FBI’s National Threat Operations Center on January 14, according to the court document.

The court records do not say whether he hired a lawyer. Efforts to contact Alam by telephone at the numbers listed for his home have been unsuccessful.

Alam was the last of a handful of pro-Trump protesters, whose family members and former romantic partners became authorities for their alleged involvement in the Capitol incursion.

Retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Larry Brock was arrested on January 10 after his 18-year-old ex-wife contacted the FBI’s National Threat Operations Center saying he recognized him on video.

Accused disorderly Guy Reffitt, an apparent member of a Texas militia group, was arrested and accused of threatening his adult children if they “crossed the line and reported him” to the authorities, according to a criminal complaint. Her son Jackson Reffitt apparently made the call before his father allegedly threatened his family, the statement said.

Dozens of other people were arrested or charged after the pro-Trump crowd stormed the Capitol in a riot that led to the deaths of five people, including Capitol policeman Brian Sicknick.
