Sabrina’s chilling adventuresThe final episode (“Chapter Thirty-Six: In the Mountains of Madness”) claims the lives of several main characters – from Sabrina Morningstar, who did not survive the journey back to its original reality, to Father Blackwood, who finally achieved what is happening to him from day one. And those are not even the biggest losses of the episode.

To rescue her friends and loved ones from the Void, Sabrina must participate in a spell that takes her to the brink of death. And although the teenage witch is able to save everyone successfully, she dies in the process. But unlike so many other “deaths” in this program, which have proved to be misleading or reversible, this one remains. Sabrina Spellman and Sabrina Morningstar are buried next to each other outside the family morgue.

Then comes the good news … and the strange news: viewers are reunited with Sabrina Spellman in the sky, also known as “the future life”, which basically looks like a huge and immaculate museum. She seems at peace, until suddenly she hears a familiar voice behind her. Well, it’s Nicholas Scratch!

SABRINA: What are you doing here? This kingdom is only for …
USER: I went swimming in the Sea of ​​Sorrows. Bad hangover.
SABRINA: Oh, Nick, no. Nick, no!

If you don’t think about it too much, putting Nick and Sabrina together for eternity is a great way to end the series. But if you Does think about it, even with a minimum of depth, it gets a little disturbing.

First of all, did Sabrina really need to die? We watch supernatural series enough to know that the main character often ends in the afterlife, but Sabrina is not a centuries-old vampire nor is she wearing a bad gray wig to show that she has lived a long and fulfilling life. She is, in fact, just a dead teenager. Kind of depressing.

As for Nick, did he really need to kill himself to be with Sabrina? CHAOS loves a loophole, so could this couple have been reunited in slightly less tragic circumstances? Just a little worried about the message sent there.
