CHARLESTON, SC (AP) – One of the nation’s largest wireless networks has announced plans to expand operations in Charleston County, South Carolina.
T-Mobile said on Wednesday that its $ 10.2 million investment in its Customer Service Center will create about 540 new jobs, bringing the total number of full-time employees at its North Charleston facility to more. of 1,500.
T-Mobile said the “decision to expand the customer service team in the region is a testament to the quality of Charleston County’s talent and resources and an investment in the company’s commitment to providing high quality customer service.”
T-Mobile’s executive vice president of customer service, Callie Field, said the company is “customer-obsessed”.
