Former Georgia congressman Jack Kingston said he was “concerned” about Democratic attendance in the second round of the Georgia Senate, which will determine the party’s control in the House.
“I’m concerned,” he said in “America’s Newsroom”. “If the election were held today without whatever happens tomorrow, we may not win.”
Research shows razor-thin margins between Sens. Kelly Loeffler, R-Ga. And David Perdue, R-Ga., And their respective Democratic opponents Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff. More than three million votes have already been cast in the contests, which are the most expensive Senate contests of all time. The data shows that Democrats are more likely to vote earlier or by mail, while Republicans are more likely to vote on election day.

Republicans framed Warnock and Ossoff as stamps of a “socialist” agenda if elected. If they win, Democrats will control the White House and the entire Congress.
“These are two extremely radical candidates,” said Kingston. “Probably the most radical candidates ever nominated by the Democratic Party in Georgia, and the stakes are too high for us to be able to stay home tomorrow.”
Kingston previously represented Georgia’s first congressional district from 1993 to 2015 and unsuccessfully challenged Perdue to the 2014 Republican nomination in that year’s Senate contest. Perdue is seeking a second term, while Loeffler has been appointed to take the seat of Senator Johnny Isakson, the Republican who served from 2005 to 2019 before leaving office for health reasons. If elected, Loeffler could be re-elected again in 2022.

Some Republicans in the state have expressed concerns that President Trump’s accusations of electoral fraud and electoral irregularities would hamper the appearance of his base. Perdue, however, told Fox News on Monday that such a conversation fell into the hands of Democrats.
