Eva Mendes talked about being a mother during the pandemic

“[My kids] you need me now more than ever. “

Eva Mendes is extremely reserved about her family life and that of Ryan Gosling, but the actor became increasingly open about it during the pandemic.

Mendes recently spoke about how “challenging” it is to raise children during that time and how she had to give her children “full attention” in a February 15 Instagram post.

“It’s a challenge for sure, but they need me now more than ever.” Mendes wrote. “If you find yourself in a similar situation, here is a list of pages for parents who are helping me to [I] thought of sharing. “

She also said that she is in “fully mother mode” in quarantine.

“I went from my men’s sweatshirt to a mantle,” wrote Mendes. “All day. Archive at: Stopped taking care for now.”

Mendes shares two daughters, Esmeralda and Amada, with her partner, Ryan Gosling, and in early February, she said she helps her children feel “empowered” by allowing them to “call [her] out ”on anything they want.

“I haven’t posted recently because my little one told me that I was on the phone a lot,” she said of why she left Instagram for a while.

Mendes is doing well with her children and, although she is going through some “challenging” moments in the quarantine, she is still doing the best she can.
