There is no official launch date for the Eula banner not confirmed on Genshin Impact.
However, as long as the Eula banner comes out in update 1.5 of Genshin Impact, its launch date may be April 28th.
Leaks suggest that the character will come out in update 1.5, meaning April 28 is the first to wait for the character to arrive, as long as miHoYo maintains its six-week consistency between each new version.
Either that, or it could be the second banner and therefore come out three weeks after the release of update 1.5, as long as there are the two usual banners instead of the three unconventional ones as in update 1.3.

Genshin Impact Eula’s Skills and Abilities
Eula’s skills and abilities come from the Genshin Impact 1.5 beta update.
These skills and abilities suggest that Eula is a five-star character who wears a Claymore, and there is a lot for Genshin Impact players to be excited about.
Your normal attack performs up to five consecutive strokes, and your charged attack drains resistance over time to execute continuous strikes. It ends with a more powerful bar.
She also has a dive attack that deals AoE damage upon impact after falling from the air.
Eula’s elemental ability is known as Icetide Vortex and comes with the following.
Press:
- Cuts quickly and handles Cryo DMG.
- Eula gains a stack of Grimheart that stacks up to twice after hitting opponents. These batteries can only be won once every 0.3 seconds
Grimheart:
- Increased Eula resistance to interruption and DEF
To hold:

This elemental explosion sees your Cryo DMG with its big sword and creates a Lightfall Sword that follows it for a period of time.
All normal Eula attacks, elemental abilities, and blasts carry the Lightfall Sword, and the Lightfall Sword explodes violently when its duration ends to cause Physical DMG to all nearby opponents.

War-Lust source:
- When normal Eula attacks score CRITs, the Icetide Vortex DC will be reduced by 0.3s. This effect can occur once every 0.1s.

Lawrence Pedigree:
- Increases the level of glacial illumination by 3
