Well, the list of illustrious actors attached to this project has just increased by one.
As shared by the Hollywood Reporter, Ethan Hawke, of, uh, a lot of amazing things, was chosen to play the main villain in the next Disney Plus movie Moon Knight Series. The series, about which littlele is known differently from (mostly confirmed) rumor that Oscar Isaac is playing the protagonist, is an adaptation of the Marvel comic of the same name, featuring the eponymous antihero.
Who does this mean that Ethan Hawke is playing, exactly? Unknown, although the Moon Knight’s great exclusive villain is usually a treasure hunter named Bushman. However, considering how eclectic the character’s story is, it’s really hard to say.
This will be the first role adjacent to Ethan Hawke’s superhero, and although it’s not exactly Childhood, it will probably bring a lot of humanity and seriousness to the role.
