Although rumors circulated on Thursday that Emma Watson was retiring from acting, the manager of the “Harry Potter” star announced that she was not.
“Emma’s social media accounts are inactive, but her career is not,” he told Entertainment Weekly in a statement.
When asked about the comment, Watson’s manager referred us to the history of EW.
The Instagram biography of the 30-year-old actress also says: “Emma’s official Instagram page is asleep and is not being updated.”
Watson is believed to be taking a break from the movie screen after his agent told the Daily Mail that the actress’ career was “dormant”.
It was also reported that Watson was taking a step back to spend more time with alleged fiancé Leo Robinton, with whom she has been dating since 2019.
Watson was last seen in Greta Gerwig’s 2019 film adaptation of “Little Women”.
