Eminem counters culture cancellation in ‘Tone Deaf’ animated video

Eminem released an animated music video for his new track ‘Tone Deaf’ – watch below.

Taken from the rapper’s most recent album, ‘Music To Be Murdered By – Side B’, the track produced by Luis Resto and Eminem hears him aim to cancel the culture while showing his controversial past on full display.

In the chorus of the track, In raps: “I cannot understand a word of what you say (I am deaf) / I think I prefer to stay (I am deaf) / I will not stop even when my hair goes gray (I am deaf) / Because they will not stop until they cancel me.

In the clip directed by Randy Chriz, the cartoon Em embarks on a crazy journey that includes a speeding police chase. You can watch the ‘Tone Deaf’ video below.

The new track comes after a TikTok campaign started earlier this week calling for Eminem’s cancellation, after the lyrics to her 2010 Rihanna single ‘Love the Way You Lie’ reappeared.

According HotNewHipHop, people are angry with Em for the letter: “If she ever tries to leave again / I’mma tie her to the bed and set this house on fire.

Earlier this week, Conway The Machine hinted that a collaboration with Eminem and The Alchemist is on the way.

Griselda’s rapper said he was “only here for comments” when asked why he retweeted the rumor from his own account. No official confirmation of collaboration has been given.

Meanwhile, Lil Pump claimed that he “does not remember” criticizing Eminem on social media last year.
