UPDATE: Capcom officially confirmed Eleven as a DLC character for Street Fighter 5.
Eleven is a character who transforms into any of the other characters in the game before the match starts. He’s a randomly selected character, in essence, like Mokujin in Tekken – and a choice designed for people to show off. Check out Eleven in the video below:
Eleven is a DLC bonus character and not the fifth unannounced character of the fifth and final character in the game. Eleven arrives next to Dan on February 22 as a bonus with the purchase of one of two passes of season five: the new premium pass, which costs $ 39.99, or the standard character pass, which costs $ 24.99 .

The DLC character of the first season of the fifth season, Dan, is released on February 22, along with balance changes and the introduction of a new mechanic called V-Shift.
V-Shift, which consumes a V-Gauge bar, makes the player invincible to shooting and also avoids body strikes and projectiles. Activate the V-Shift at the same time as the opponent’s attack and both players will enter in slow motion, making the activation character invincible to attack. From there, they can do a V-Shift Break, which is an accountant. This can reach a decent distance and will allow you to stop attacks.
A new training phase will be made available free of charge to all players when Dan leaves.

The leak comes before Capcom’s planned winter update to Street Fighter 5, which is scheduled for today. Eleven is expected to be revealed during the show.
Capcom itself sparked Eleven’s addition in a tweet earlier this week.

Eleven joins Dan, Rose, Oro and Akira Kazama from Rival Schools in the final set of Street Fighter 5 DLC characters.
Eleven is currently a non-playable character that appears in Urien’s character story in Street Fighter 5 (video below, courtesy of YouTube channel MegamanNG). It is one of the first prototypes of Twelve from Street Fighter 3: Third Strike.
