Elevate your video with this Logitech Brio 4K webcam offering

If you want your video to stand out, your laptop’s low-fidelity webcam just won’t work – but you can improve your work at home setup without spending a lot today. Lenovo’s online store is selling the Logitech Brio 4K Ultra HD webcam for $ 160, $ 40 off MSRP. It is an excellent price for a webcam that is not far from the price often suggested.

We rated Brio 4K when it launched in 2017, giving it 4 out of 5 stars. The “Logitech Brio 4K Pro Webcam offers unmatched video and image quality,” we said. The problem, however, is that 4K resolution is not yet supported by the main web chat services, which still use 1080p.

Brio 4K is useful if you want to record YouTube videos in 4K. In addition, with some extra software downloads, it offers useful features such as pan and zoom, color, brightness and contrast calibration, as well as background substitutions.

For those times when you just want to join a video call, Logitech’s Brio 4K can “lower” your capture to 1080p at 30 and 60 frames per second, maximizing the fidelity that services like Zoom and Microsoft Teams can support. It can capture 720p video at the same frame rates.
