The alleged hit-and-run driver who killed Nicki Minaj’s father on Long Island surrendered to the police on Wednesday morning, sources told the Post.
Robert Maraj, 64, was walking through Mineola on Friday when he was hit around 6 pm. The driver fled, according to Nassau County Police.
The father of the “Super Bass” singer was rushed to a local hospital and listed in critical condition – and then succumbed to his injuries sometime during the weekend, police said.
The rap superstar – who was raised in Queens – had a strained relationship with her father.
Police are due to hold a press conference on the arrest on Wednesday.
