Driver in Nicki Minaj’s deadly father film surrenders to police

Police sources tell TMZ … police arrested 70-year-old man Charles Polevich, which police believe is the person responsible for Robert Marajdeath of. TMZ revealed the story … Robert, 64, died after being hit on Friday night on Long Island while hiking.
