The Super Bowl commercials are known for their surprise appearances, and State Farm had one of them – rap artist Drake.
In the 30-second commercial that aired on Super Sunday, quarterback Patrick Mahomes and Aaron Rodgers are backstage at a State Farm commercial along with State Farm’s Jake discussing the replacement actors. Paul Rudd makes an appearance as Rodgers’ replacement actor, but when State Farm’s Jake said he doesn’t have a replacement actor, it was then that the Grammy-winning artist revealed himself to be, “State Farm Drake.”

It has been more than two years since Drake last released an album, and appearing in the Super Bowl on Sunday reminded fans that they are waiting.
