On Sunday, Sailer Pinsky posted on his own Instagram account that depicted her husband lying in bed with several bottles of medicine placed next to him.

The caption of the post, which alluded to his condition, but did not explicitly say what it was, partially said: ‘Someone took a cart!’

Pinsky had already been criticized for his comments earlier this year regarding COVID-19 and the pandemic as a whole; he also equated the virus with a flu strain.

A video that compiled many of the statements made was posted on YouTube and quickly removed from the air after a request made by the media personality team; the video was later put back.

That same month, Pinsky released a video apologizing for his comments and said the pandemic was more serious than he had originally anticipated.

He said: ‘My initial comments, comparing the coronavirus with the flu, were wrong … and I want to apologize for that. I wish I was right, but I got it wrong. ‘

The doctor also said he believed Dr. Anthony Fauci’s advice and noted that all of his opinions were based on the recommendations of a member of the White House Coronavirus Task Force.

‘Every time I took a position, I always said’ make sure you listen to Dr. Fauci ‘because he is the person we should be looking at, I was, you know, he was my guiding star in the AIDS epidemic and he should be your northern star now, ‘he added.
