Doom Eternal DLC trailer provokes The Ancient Gods: Part 2

Bethesda launched a trailer for a trailer, (because this is real life now), causing the arrival of The Ancient Gods: Part 2, the next explosive expansion of DLC aimed at id Software’s Eternal Doom.

The brief video, which you can check out below, shows our friend, the Doom Slayer, teaming up with some devastating intergalactic forces, preparing for a hell of an all-powerful confrontation with his villainous alter ego, The Dark Lord, who appears for war by swinging some very powerful ones Warhammerbattle armor style. A brief glimpse of the action and that’s it, with the full game trailer released this Wednesday, March 17th.

Doom Eternal, currently available on PS4, PC, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch, is also expected to arrive on PS5 and Xbox Series X sometime in late 2021. How Doom is one of the properties that now falls under the banner of Microsoft (courtesy of the acquisition of ZeniMax), it remains to be seen what the future holds for the franchise from an exclusive position.
