Bethesda launches an announcement for the revelation of the upcoming Ancient Gods DLC – Part Two of Doom Eternal after a leak broke the news.

Yet while Doom Eternalthe launch of may seem distant, id Software’s support for Doom Eternal maintains its momentum. Doom Eternalin Ancient Gods The DLC is still being worked on. As to why Bethesda is triggering a teaser trailer instead of just launching the trailer now, there is good reason for that. Achievements for Ancient Gods – Part Two DLC leaked accidentally, leading to a wave of speculation and excitement from Doom Eternal fans. Rather than letting community expectations get out of hand, Bethesda is controlling the message. A teaser trailer is coming and it’s the fans’ own fault for having to wait since they spread the leak.

If today’s teaser was in response to the leak, the planned preparation for the Ancient Gods – Part Two The launch of the DLC is still far away. If everything went according to plan, the teaser trailer would have surprised fans, adding to the excitement for the launch of a full trailer in the future. Now fans will have to wait a lot longer, but at least they can have confidence in the pending release of the DLC.

Following this speculative schedule, if the teaser trailer is coming next week, then something bigger is likely to arrive in the next week or two. This aligns particularly well with Microsoft’s alleged event in which the company addresses its now-ongoing acquisition of ZeniMax Media, which includes Bethesda and id Software.

Regardless of Doom EternalThe next DLC is presented at the supposed Microsoft / ZeniMax event, a release date cannot be far away. Except for surprises, the Ancient Gods – Part Two you can leave within a month. For now, fans just need to wait and enjoy the teasers.

Doom Eternal is now available for PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Switch, Xbox One and Xbox Series X / S.
