Dominion’s lawsuit against MyPillow’s Lindell is definitely not the last, says the CEO

Dominion Voting Systems, a prime target for unfounded conspiracy theories about the 2020 presidential election, will “definitely” file more lawsuits against those who pushed these false claims, the company’s CEO said on Tuesday.

CEO John Poulos, whose company filed a $ 1.3 billion defamation suit the day before against MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, confirmed that more legal action was coming in an interview with CNBC’s Eamon Javers in “Closing Bell “.

“It is definitely not the last process,” said Poulos.

Asked directly whether Dominion would sue Fox News, Poulos said, “We are not ruling anyone out.”

Dominion since January has also filed lawsuits against former President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani and pro-Trump lawyer Sidney Powell.

They and Lindell are all accused of causing “irreparable damage” to the company’s reputation by spreading unfounded conspiracy theories.

Each of the three actions seeks more than $ 1.3 billion in damages.

“The damage to reputation alone was devastating for us,” Poulos told CNBC. He insisted that the “biggest point” of suing Lindell, Giuliani and Powell is “really putting the facts on the table”.
