“Revolution of the Daleks” brings back more than just the Doctor’s oldest enemies, this time in far more numbers since we saw them this time last year in “Resolution” – and in a radically different way. Bring it back Captain Jack Harkness of John Barrowman, helping to reunite the Doctor and his friends after the climax events of last season, the Doctor broke up and, uh, thrown into space prison.
