Disturbing video shows policeman smashed against the door by a crowd invading the Capitol

During the confrontation, captured on video through investigation Coup d’état, an officer was trapped between a door and the masses of people.

At least one individual tried to rip off the officer’s mask while he was in prison, while he screamed in agony.

The video was panoramic for the rioters, who shouted: “Wow, ah! Take it, ah!” while pushing further into the entrance.

The police officer re-enters the video clip stuck in the same position, now without a mask and bloody, screaming for help. A voice can be heard in the middle of the fight, shouting, “Let him come back, let him out!”

The officer finally managed to get rid of the door. He seemed to respond in the affirmative when asked if he was okay. The official’s condition is not known.

Americans watched the Capitol riot with 'horror' and 'disgust'. Here's what they told us.
CNN spoke to the individual who filmed the video, Jon Farina, who noted that the confrontation between the police and the protesters was constant.

“There was no way to talk to them,” said Farina of the protesters. “They would go in there regardless of what was in their way.”

“Nothing really disturbed them,” said Farina. “They kept coming and going. They said, ‘We need new patriots’.”

Farina said the police ended up repelling protesters from that location.

The attack on the Capitol on Wednesday left five people dead, including police officer Brian Sicknick.
