The DJ and music producer, also known as Thomas Wesley Pentz, listed an all-white residence overlooking Los Angeles – and the Hollywood sign! – for $ 2,695 million with agent Eric Lavey of Sotheby’s International Realty, PEOPLE can confirm.
The four-bedroom, five-bathroom property offers 2,524 square feet of indoor space, plus several outdoor terraces and meeting points that fit the 0.08-acre lot. According to the listing, the home in Beachwood Canyon is ideal for a live work space. The photos on the list show several rooms set up as a recording studio, lounge and yoga room. There is also an area designated for outdoor meditation.

The entire house, which was originally built in 1926, was assembled by the interior company ASH NYC (famous for its design of the Siren Hotel in Detroit) and the buyer has the option to buy all the furniture and artwork that he selected with the house at an additional cost.
