Tampa Bay Buccaneers linebacker Devin White played an important role in the playoff game of the divisional round, beating Drew Brees once and recovering a fumble.
White, in his second season in the NFL, played 15 games and registered nine sacks. He also added 140 combined tackles. The footballer spoke to Peter King of NBC Sports in his “Football Morning in America” column on Monday about Tom Brady’s influence on the team and what the legendary quarterback told him when he didn’t join the team of the Pro Bowl.

“A few weeks ago, I was kind of upset that I didn’t make the Pro Bowl. He said, ‘D, there is a bigger bowl that I am chasing. We are all chasing. I just thought, man, it’s a blessing to hear that. I need to hear this. This thing is about us. He’s still chasing those bowls in his 40s. I am very grateful to be able to spend this time with him. “
White now vies for a potential spot in the Super Bowl, while Brady vies for his 10th.
