As the turmoil between the Houston Texans and Deshaun Watson continues to melt away, rumors have started to revolve around the 25-year-old quarterback coming to San Francisco.
True, these are just rumors, but Watson’s discontent with the organization can hardly be refuted. Speculation about a possible Watson switch is on the rise, as are the chances of each NFL team winning it
The 49ers are tied with the Washington Football Team at +1000 chances to be the next team that Watson will try, according to the chances provided by our partner, PointsBet (Colorado). Watson led the NFL with 4,823 passing yards, along with his yards per attempt (8.9) and yards per completion (12.6). He launched 33 touchdowns to go with just seven interceptions, posting a 70.2 percent completion rate.
The result? A sad 4-12 season, thanks to the weak support cast that the Texans put around them.
If the 49ers go into an operation, they will have to defeat several other organizations, for obvious reasons.
