Watson, 25, won his third consecutive Pro Bowl nomination in 2020 after launching for a better NFL 4,823 yards, 33 touchdowns and seven interceptions along with 444 rushing yards and three rushing scores. He has played only one game in the past three seasons, despite being fired 155 times during that period.
And yet the Texans took a big step back and went 4-12 this season. After a mismatch last season that sent DeAndre Hopkins to the Cardinals, Bill O’Brien was sacked as coach and general manager after a 0-4 start.

Watson offered Jets fans some hope by liking an Instagram post that featured The Post’s “Watever It Takes” back page advocating that the Jets chase the quarterback.
Sherman has praised Saleh since the Jets hired him and seems to think that a Saleh-Watson wedding would bring the Jets back into contention.
