Deion Sanders says that a priceless boombox was stolen from his truck on Monday morning … and now, he is offering a reward in the hope of getting the part back.
Prime – who is now Jackson State’s top football coach – said at 5:37 am, a white suburban parked in his car at a hotel in Jackson, Mississippi and broke into his black Ford F350.
Deion says the scoundrel broke his window … and took a tape player that was VERY valuable to him.
“I’m a little upset,” said Deion in a video message this week. “Because the boombox has sentimental value.”
Sanders added, “Someone who is very special and dear to me gave it to me as a birthday present. And I want it back.”

Deion says he is now offering an unspecified reward for the music playback device … explaining that he doesn’t care about the damage to his truck or anything.
“Please find my boombox,” said Deion. “Streets, please find my speaker.”
We contacted the Jackson Police Department about the incident … and a spokesman told us that they are hunting the suspect, adding that the white suburban is a “suspicious vehicle that we have been looking for for a while.”
