A dedicated Pokémon trainer managed to achieve a complete Pokedex, with all shapes and variations, all trained to level 100. It is an impressive achievement that took four long years.

A complete Pokedex is difficult to achieve, but obtaining all forms and variants and training them to the maximum level is even more difficult.
