Walmart at 5851 Mercury Dr. in Dearborn is temporarily closed until 7 am Monday to allow time for a thorough cleaning by an outsourced team, according to a company press release.
The statement said: “Everything we are doing is for the well-being of our associates and customers and in consideration of the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and health experts.”

Walmart also promised to continue with post-closure pandemic protocols, including bodyguards on records, temperature checks, member emergency leave policies and mask orders, social distance signals and more.
