The 2021 Ram TRX received the Hellcat treatment for the 2021 model year, and people are clamoring to get a piece of it, including high prices that charge a high price for this truck. The TRX is a spectacularly fun vehicle starting at $ 69,995, which is at the tip of the pickup price range. Some gluttonous dealers and automotive swimmers are riding the wave of excitement with the new TRX, adding $ 10,000 to $ 25,000 in standard editions and an incredible $ 50,000 in the launch edition.
Jalopnik reported yesterday that 193 Ram TRXs were available for sale across the country. On eBay, however, New Jersey car dealer King of Cars and Trucks Inc is offering a different launch edition with just 13 miles for $ 124,900. Even when fully loaded as our recent tester – which carried a $ 89,565 sticker – it is still a $ 35,000 mark.
You could take the attitude of a commentator on the Reddit thread, who said “if you can afford a TRX, you can afford a TRX + $ 50,000”. Market supply and demand and all that, I suppose. It may not be illegal, but it is not pretty.
