Daniel Bryan – WWE Hall of Fame Update

Daniel Bryan will not enter the WWE Hall of Fame this year.

There was some speculation over the weekend about a possible inducement for Bryan this year, after he was listed as a “2021 Hall of Fame Inductee” on the WWE Network.

In an update, F4Wonline.com reports that it was just a mistake made. Bryan’s name only appeared on a Peacock WWE Network list, and was later removed. In addition, Fightful Select also reported that the listing in Bryan’s Hall of Fame was simply a mistake, and that he is not planned for any induction as of now.

There is no word yet on whether Bryan may be involved in inducing The Bella Twins, which are part of the 2020 Class being introduced during the WrestleMania 37 Weekend. It is speculated that he may give a speech to his wife Brie Bella, but this has not been confirmed.

Bryan lost to WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns in Sunday’s main pay-per-view Fastlane event, but he is now being added to the WrestleMania 37 title fight between Reigns and WWE Hall of Famer Edge. You can click here for this report.

Another noteworthy story from the WWE Hall of Fame that came out over the weekend had to do with removing Batista from the lists. You can click here to get the latest updates on his status and why he was dropped from inductions this year.
