Several WWE Superstars accessed Twitter last night and reacted to AEW’s edition of Brodie Lee Celebration of Life Dynamite in TNT.
Daniel Bryan thanked AEW for honoring Lee’s family and said that he cried several times during the show.
“That was beautiful. I cried, countless times. Thank you … a lot … for honoring a man we love. And thank you for honoring your family in such a special way. I love you Brodie and we will all miss you”, he wrote.
Xavier Woods added: “That was a fantastic way to say goodbye.”
Intercontinental WWE champion Big E called the show a perfect tribute to his friend.
“What a perfect tribute show to a handsome man. I am so happy to have been friends with someone that so many loved. #BrodieLee,” he wrote.
Kevin Owens added, “That was wonderful.”
Mickie James commented on how everyone came together to pay tribute to Lee.
She wrote: “It is in those moments when we lose one of the good ones, we are reminded of how vast a family is. How big a world is, albeit a small circle in which we really travel. When love for a man can have a ripple effect. The union across the division. You know you did it right #RIPBrodieLee “
Sami Zayn noted that he was “devastated” to see the special appearance of Lee’s former WWE partner, an emotional Erick Rowan (Erick RedBeard, Joseph Rudd).
“It overwhelmed me,” wrote Sami.

It is in those moments when we lose one of the good ones, we are reminded of how vast a family is. How big the world is, but still the circle we really travel in. When love for a man can have a ripple effect. The union through division. You know you did it right #RIPBrodieLee
