D’Andra Simmons, from the famous “Real Housewives of Dallas”, has a serious case of coronavirus.
The 51-year-old star was taken to a Dallas medical center, her representative confirmed to Fox News after her oxygen levels dropped.
“D’Andra Simmons tested positive for Covid and was admitted to the Covid ward of UT Southwestern Hospital in Texas,” said his aide. “Her oxygen levels were borderline and she is going to start remitting. At this point, we ask you to respect her and [her] family privacy and to send your prayers for a speedy recovery. “
Remdesivir is a medication used to treat COVID-19.

The reality show shared a photo on Instagram. In the photo, Simmons is sitting on a sofa with his left leg bandaged, which, according to E! News, is from a recent ankle replacement surgery.
Some loved ones and a handful of puppies were photographed.
“This year, I am extremely grateful to my family, friends and the two newest fur babies for joining the Simmons-Lock family!” she captioned the post. “Also, thanks to my #hotthubby @jeremytlock for my beautiful @chanelofficial bag! I think I was a good girl, after all …”

Simmons added, “I hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful holiday. Merry Christmas!”

Simmons co-star in “Real Housewives of Dallas” Jennifer Davis commented on her friend’s medical development in her Instagram story.
“Please pray for @dandrasimmons, she has COVID, she’s in the ICU taking oxygen,” she said on the photo sharing platform on social media.

At the moment, it is not clear whether the diagnosis will affect the filming of the reality show, which is due to return on Tuesday, January 5.
Bravo declined to comment when contacted by Fox News.
