Dancer sues 6ix9ine for allegedly throwing a bottle at her

6ix9ine is facing yet another process.

On Saturday (February 27), TMZ reported that Alexis Salaberrios, a dancer at the Gold Rush Cabaret in Miami, is suing the Brooklyn rapper for a bottle-throwing incident that resulted in a serious head injury. According to the lawsuit, opened on Friday (February 26), Salaberrios’ legal team says Tekashi was at the club on February 20. He supposedly got angry after someone called him a rat and threw a bottle of champagne at his detractors. Instead of hitting the target, the lawsuit claims that the bottle hit Salaberrios in the head and claims that Tekashi fired the “mortal object with the intention of committing serious bodily harm”.

The victim reportedly went to the emergency room with a head wound requiring several bugs. She is suing Tekashi for aggravated assault. According to Tekashi’s lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, his client is innocent of any wrongdoing. “Nothing happened to him,” says Lazzaro XXL. “There are video cameras at the establishment. It is an attempt to take him down. If he is properly served, we will immediately arrange for him to be dismissed.”

The alleged victim also attributes part of the blame to the club. According to the documents, she is also suing the club for serious negligence, claiming that they should have more security available to an artist like 6ix9ine, who is known to be in hostile situations.

XXL contacted Gold Rush Cabaret for comment.

6ix9ine has been hit by several lawsuits since he was released from prison last April. Last December, victims of a theft in 2018 sued the rapper alleging that he was part of a criminal conspiracy to steal them. Two months earlier, he was sued by the woman who claims to be at the center of her 2015 sexual misconduct case.

6ix9ine has just released their new single, “ZaZa”.
