A dancer who appeared on “Dance Moms” was arrested on seven criminal charges, including sexual misconduct and sexual assault by two underage students.
Court records seen by Fox News show that Kevin Cosculluela, 25, was arrested last month in Orange County, Florida. He pleaded not guilty on Friday.
His charges include two charges of sexual activity with a 16 or 17 year old child, two charges of soliciting a minor via computer, lewd or lewd conduct, solicitation to commit sexual activity with a 16 or 17 year old child and illegal use of a bidirectional communication device.
Coscuelluela’s lawyer was not immediately found by Fox News.

A statement shows that investigators interviewed two alleged victims who claimed to have taken classes with the dancer at Peaches Dance and Music in Orlando, Florida.

A female victim claimed that Cosculluela had invited her to her apartment on more than one occasion. In early December, she was there between classes where she had oral sex on him. This same incident occurred a second time, just over a week later.
After one of the incidents, the victim claimed that Cosculluela informed her: “‘None of this happened, erase it from your memory and don’t tell anyone’,” says the statement.

The victim told authorities that he saw Cosculluela as “famous”, “important” and influential “and noted that he was on” Dance Moms. “She also said she feared what the repercussions would be if she did not respond to her requests.
“The victim said that Kevin started treating her differently after they started talking via text messages. She said he could be ‘scary’ at times if she didn’t do what he wanted. She explained that Kevin would threaten take classes, ignore her during classes, yell at her, curse her and don’t talk to her for days if she doesn’t do what he wanted. She said it affected her a lot when he ignored her during dance classes because of its importance they saw it “, affirms the declaration.

The victim said that, in addition to SMS communication, Cosculluela requested that communication through Snapchat be initiated, which “has progressed to a more affectionate and sexual context”.
A second victim alleged similar communication from Cosculluela. She explained that her conversations became “intense” after he added her on Snapchat.
“She said that Kevin’s messages would be about his feelings for her and his intentions with her, as in a relationship and sex,” says the statement.
The second victim said he never had sex with Cosculluela, but has been to his apartment more than 10 times. In one incident, she claimed that he “brought her into his room and pushed her onto the bed … and lay on top of her for about two minutes”. She claimed that he did not move or touch her.

According to a commitment order filed in Orange County, Cosculluela was ordered to “have no contact with any child under the age of 18”.
TMZ was the first to report Cosculluela’s arrest. The statement states that Cosculluela was fired from Peaches Dance and Music. The dance studio did not immediately respond to Fox News’s request for comment.
