Dale Moss is talking about her breakup with Clare Crawley a few days after she went public for the first time about what happened, claiming that her “mutual” division statement … was not so mutual.
Despite what Clare may have hinted at and what others in the Bachelor Nation are saying, Dale jumped on Instagram Stories to tell fans that it not some unexpected break and “it didn’t come out of nowhere”.
“I love Clare and I respect her enough that she knows how I feel, even if it goes against everyone else’s expectations, and it will take time,” he said. “I wanted nothing more than to make this relationship work, and I put my heart and soul into it every day. And I wanted nothing more than to build a healthy relationship.”
Clare and Dale were together just a few months after they were engaged The maiden mid-season, resulting in producers replacing Clare with Tayshia Adams (who is now engaged to Zac Clark!).
The rapid timing of all this supposedly contributed to Dale and Clare “taking time apart”, which led to a total breakup. Since the breakup, rumors of cheating on Dale have also surfaced. Although he did not recognize them directly, the woman with whom he was accused of betraying them quickly denied them, calling them “blatant lies”.

“I finally feel comfortable entering here after having some time to process everything that is going on. I know a lot that you guys saw me smile on social media and say I don’t look so hurt or worried about it. But that’s the most distant thing – like, it sucked this time. Thank goodness I have the friends and family I have, because they literally had to carry me in the past two weeks.
Building a relationship in general is difficult, especially when you are doing it in the public eye. People will spread lies or always want to point the finger, but the fact is that there is no one to blame in this situation. Like any relationship, we had our ups and downs and you know, we went through our things, but you know the statements that came out – like, it didn’t come out of nowhere.
I love Clare and I respect her enough that she knows how I feel, even if it goes against everyone else’s expectations, and it will take time. I wanted nothing more than to make this relationship work, and I put my heart and soul into it every day. And I wanted nothing more than to build a healthy relationship.
Although this is difficult, what you will see for me is to try to practice what I preach and continue to put my best foot forward each day. “
