Dakota Johnson and Chris Martin have officially moved in together, in a luxurious $ 12.5 million residence in Malibu, The Post can reveal exclusively.
The couple apparently closed a good deal, as the initial listing price was $ 14 million in July.
Los Angeles property records reveal that the house was purchased a few months ago, on October 22.
The modern Cape Cod style property of six bedrooms and nine bathrooms spans 5,338 square feet.
The property has a two-story inn with a games room, swimming pool with spa and complete outdoor barbecue.
The “Fifty Shades of Gray” star and Coldplay singer will not be concerned about security. The property is completely closed and has extensive security measures.
The house includes panoramic views of the ocean and has several indoor and outdoor fireplaces and high vaulted ceilings. It is located in a prime area, two steps from the beach, shops and schools.
A license to build a tennis court is also included with the purchase.
Not long ago, Johnson, 31, welcomed us to his quiet home in Los Angeles, surrounded by Mother Earth. In March 2020, Johnson took a tour of the Architectural Digest of the mid-century modern home she bought in 2016 for $ 3.55 million.
It appears that, for now, Johnson is holding his Los Angeles home, according to property records.
Martin, 43, and Johnson have been dating since October 2017. Rumors are circulating that they are now engaged.
