Some fans guessed why DaBaby abandoned the Siwa line, while others apparently took it as an insult to the 17-year-old, who apparently came out of nowhere and had the names of both stars as a trend on Twitter and Google.
After laughing – “I love Twitter, bruh”, he tweeted – DaBaby cleared the air on Sunday (February 21st).
“My 3-year-old princess is her number 1 fan. I bought her all the products you sold. She thinks it’s you,” tweeted DaBaby to Siwa. “Don’t let them make you think that I ever have a problem with you. My wordplay has passed over them.”
“All love from my shawty side, keep on shining!” DaBaby wrote.
And in response to a joke he saw on Twitter, he said, “I am not ‘Siwa’, they are so angry too.”
In her Instagram stories, DaBaby added: “You sick MFs, lol. It’s okay with that kid being made to think I have a problem with her, WE F — WIT YOU JOJO.”
