Daedalic reveals a new peek at the Lord of the Rings: Gollum

Lord of the Rings: Gollum still a year to go. Regardless, this is not preventing Daedalic Entertainment from launching a new preview to build the hype for its next release.

Daedalic’s last preview for the game is noticeably different from the movie trailer that debuted online last summer. This time, fans can see the real gameplay of Gollum’s highly anticipated solo adventure. In fact, we can’t see Gollum’s face. However, we He does watch as he traverses the hostile landscape of Mordor as he explores the hostile country as Doom Mountain rises menacingly above him. It also looks like Gollum will be entangled with some of the most deadly creatures in the region, including giant spiders.

Originally, Daedalic intended to launch Lord of the Rings: Gollum sometime this year. But in January, the developers announced that they were partnering with Naco as co-editors of the game. As a result, it won’t hit stores until 2022. Players will be able to control Gollum in a new “story-based” tale, where different choices trigger a variety of results. The details of the story are scarce. But, judging from their dialogue, it will involve Gollum’s obsessive search for the missing One Ring.

Lord of the Rings: Gollum will be available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S / X, Nintendo Switch and Microsoft Windows.
